In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Alpha Tech service and/or the Alpha Tech website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

However, please note that much of the content (such as themes, plugins, or scripts) provided on this site is shared under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). We do not host “nulled” or cracked software that violates the original developer’s rights. We share files that are free to redistribute.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”) If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, Alpha Tech will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

Counter-Notification If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, please provide a written counter-notification containing the following information to the email address listed above:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
